Build the city of tomorrow and keep your citizens content in HappyVille - Quest for Utopia.As the new mayor in the small town of HappyVille, you have been entrusted to secure its future. By taking the initiative to expand and grow the city, you will have to make sure that there are enough homes, jobs, businesses and entertainment facilities to make it flourish. With that great power comes great responsibility however, and making sure it all runs smoothly is going to be tougher than it seems.Design and plan the town in your own vision to keep it thriving. Anticipate the citizen's needs and build homes, farms, schools and parks. Construct roads, plant trees and maintain the infrastructure by balancing the budgets. As you inspire and adapt to new challenges or deal with drastic changes of everyday problems, the city will continue to grow any way you choose.
